Untravelled Trails also offers 3 hour guided Bush Walks through the Game reserve allowing guests to experience a brief wilderness encounter that will be the highlight of their safari adventure. Our 2 or 3 night primitive trails explore the pristine Tewati Wilderness section of the iSimangaliso Weland Park, home to 4 of the big 5 along with an abundance of birdlife, with more than 500 recorded species. The nights are spent out in the bush, camping wherever the Trails Guide finds a suitable spot. Camping follows a very strict 'minimum impact, no trace' ethic, which is in line with wilderness principles.
